How to access the Teacher Report

Each teacher who was included in the Class Roster File (CRF) will automatically have a teacher login account created to access reports from the NWEA Reports Site. The District MAP Coordinator in each district has access to all of the teacher report logins for that district and should distribute them to the appropriate people.

Please note: Teacher Reports are delivered in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view Teacher Reports, PDF-viewing software is required, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  1. Open the NWEA Reports Site.
  2. Type the user name and password and click Login. If you don't know which user name a password to use, contact your District MAP Coordinator.
  3. On the left, in the Online Reports area, click Teacher Reports. 
  4. Select the term you want to view from the Select Term list and then click Submit. Your Class Report opens in a new window.
